This recently remodeled unit features a new kitchen, complete with cherry cabinets, new appliances, and granite countertops; two new bathrooms; new furniture; and two LED flatscreens - 42" in the living room and 24" in the master suite.

The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and dishes you need to serve a large group, and there is a spacious pantry for you to store your supplies. The kitchen is open to the living area, separated by a four-seat bar and a table that seats eight comfortably.

The living room is very comfortable with ample seating for your group. There are games, puzzles, and books for your use along with a variety of DVDs and VHS tapes. Enjoy the iTunes music player and our wood burning fireplace - we supply the firewood. The view from the balcony is incredible and can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. Gaze directly up the valley of Washington Gulch and the Mt. Crested Butte’s base area. On sunny days, you’ll want to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee or after-skiing cocktails.

The condo comfortably sleeps eight people with a king in the master (with an ensuite bathroom), a king in second bedroom, and queen and bunk bed in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower/bath combo with plenty of counter space and drawers. This setup is ideal for a large family or two couples and several children.

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access P-203.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk to the end of the parking, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. As on-site office and staff makes it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. Housekeeping services are provided to all stays that are 4 or more nights. San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During the summer, the shuttle runs on weekends from 4:00 p.m. until midnight. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can also enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

    Hope to reserve this condo again next spring break!!! Plenty of room for our family - niice,clean and very comfortable bedding. We enjoyed having guests over for dinner and playing cards at the big kitchen table. Cookware and dishes were abundant.The shuttle was also very helpful and responsed quickly whenever we needed rides to the base.

    The photos do not do this condo justice! It was an amazing condo with beautiful views. Lots of kitchen supplies and utensils. Endless supply of fire wood. I would definitely stay here again!

    The condo was a great size and value for the money. The staff at San Moritz was terrific too. We enjoyed the amazing view and our neighbors. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family. I would stay here again anytime.

    Had total of three units, with all our immediate family. Property has great views, was clean and we had a great time. Due to lack of snow was not really ski in ski out and unless located on end toward base I do not know if you could ever really call it that. Overall we had a great time. Unit could have used a place to store skis and ski boots etc.

      We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. P203 is a nice condo with wonderful views. The San Moritz complex is slopeside to Crested Butte Mountain Resort, so we are considered ski-in/ski-out. You are correct about the snowfall during the winter of 17-18. It's very rare for us to get so little snow, so the ski resort was not able to open the closest ski run to this building. There was snow on the run, so you could still ski-in/ski-out, but the ski resort was not able to groom the run. Those conditions were not normal, but we're definitely looking forward to this winter!
