Recently remodeled in Fall 2019, Paradise-302 has all new flooring, giving this spacious condo an updated look and feel. The kitchen now features beautiful granite countertops, as well as a brand new sink and faucet. The bathrooms are updated with granite countertops, new floors, and fresh paint, along with new cabinetry, sinks, and toilets. The living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The bedrooms are roomy yet cozy, each with adjoining bath and large wardrobe. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large patio. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes.

COVID-19 UPDATES: Vacation safely with us at San Moritz. Here’s what we are doing to protect your health and safety:
-Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all condos and common areas throughout the property.
-Running ozone machines before and after every guest stay.
-Minimum two-night gap between all booked stays.
-Disinfection of all keys between stays.
-Informative signage at every building entrance.
-Socially distant check-in procedures.
-Relaxed cancellation policy. If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19, we will refund your stay!

**Dog Friendly**
Guests are required to inform the office if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo. Dog guest rates are as follows:
One dog: $15/day
Two dogs: $25/day
Five-night max charge per stay. No tax on dog guest rates. Please note: a $200 credit card authorization will be made at check-in, and guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are just a few steps from the parking lot to access P-302.
There are two parking spaces available for guests. If you require additional parking, please contact the Office.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. Housekeeping provides trash and towel service for stays longer than 3 nights. San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During the summer, the shuttle runs on weekends from 4:00 p.m. until midnight. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

**Please note our Deposit Policy at San Moritz Condos: If you book your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the Full Payment amount is due upon booking. If you book your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, half of the total amount is due upon booking as your Initial Deposit. The other Final Payment half is due 30 days from your arrival.**

    Our only complaint would be poor quality mattresses upstairs and in one back bedroom. For this reason I would not stay again. Our family of 10 otherwise loved the cabin
