K303 has been remodeled and is furnished in a contemporary lodge theme with unique details. Rest after a day in the mountains on the living room's comfortable leather sofa. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten at the table and bar, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and granite counters. Bedrooms feature artistic custom beds and headboards. Two sliding glass doors open to the west-facing balcony where you can catch every sunset and enjoy views of Paradise Divide and Washington Gulch. The main living area has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find a sleeping loft, the 4th bedroom, and another bathroom. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes.

The Keystone Building is entered on the 2nd floor. Walk up one flight of stairs and you reach K303 on the 3rd floor.

San Moritz is ski-in/ski-out and the Keystone building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. As on-site office and staff makes it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. Housekeeping services are provided to all stays that are 4 or more nights. In the winter, San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8 AM until midnight. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can also enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub. The sauna is open year round! For added convenience, every building has 2 washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

    Our group had a great stay in condo K303. San Moritz is an older condo building, but our unit had been nicely updated. There was plenty of space for our 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) to spread out in. The kids especially loved the loft area for hanging out and sleeping. The Keystone building was easy ski in/ski out near the West Wall Lift. The interactions I had with the fromt office staff and housekeeping were all positive. Our only complaint was with the free shuttle service. We took the shuttle into town one evening, which was great, but when we started calling at 9pm for pick up no one answered. We spent an hour trying to call with no luck, then had to track down a bus to the mountain base and walk back to the condo from the base. Not sure what happened there, but I would recommend trying to confirm a pick up with the driver ahead of time.

      I'm happy you enjoyed the condo and the ski access. I'm sorry to hear you were not able to reach our shuttle one evening. I'm aware of what went wrong that night. The cell phone tower for our carrier went down and that did impact our ability to answer shuttle calls. This is the first time we've had cell phone tower issues. Our evening drivers have been with us a long time and are always very reliable. I'm glad the town bus was able to get you back to the condo. We appreciate the review and would be happy to have you stay again. Thanks!

    This ski condo was great. Check in check out was a breeze. Everything we needed nothing we didn't. Kitchen was pleasantly stocked (we brought our own as we are used to minimal or poor kitchen supplies). Access to the mountain is easy and the skiing above the condo provided and added bonus.     It's actually 5 bedrooms & a loft, not 4. We had a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked, however it would have been nice if there were things like salt/oil/spices laying around from previous tenants to use for cooking.
